Specs

Schwarz Architekten is a third-generation family-run company. Consistency and trust are therefore symbols of our way of working and cooperation with our clients. Our team consists of 13 people with architect: inside, interior designer: inside, monument conservator: inside, working student: inside, draftsman: inside and secretarial assistant: inside. Our predominant field of activity in architecture are public buildings and offices. We supervise the projects throughout all work phases and support the client as a specialist and coordinator in his project. This can be both a new building and, in particular, construction tasks in existing buildings. In our approach to architecture, the consistency and trust of the family business is reflected in the fact that we develop sustainable, resource-saving and pragmatic concepts. This is reflected above all in our newest building, which manages completely without heating and ventilation and the people themselves are the „living radiators“ in the building.
